‘Every Child Matters’ – Medway Youth Parliament

By Michael Gakuran | | Journal | 6 Comments |

Well, I’ve just returned from my first Parliament meeting, a lovely affair. ^_^. The topic was fairly interesting, but seeing everyone was the main deal for me. Keiron was as was expected; his usual funny self. He never misses a moment to try and pass something off as funny; and he usually suceeds. It’s really interesting to watch that in a person, I find.

I finally met Stephanie () and Jenni () (if I may call them by their first names now…) at the meeting, although I was unsurprisingly reserved and couldn’t make conversation very well… Sorry about that :\. I’ll make more of an effort at the residential trip next weekend ^_^. Oh, and I’m posting in this journal a little more often, if I can, as of now, as I apparently don’t do it enough according to Stephanie… I didn’t really think people read my stuff that much anyway o.O. Expect also some random philosophical stuffs from time to time…

Oh, and if Jenni – hopefully reading this – can gather those pictures from the MYP photoshoot together and give them to either myself or to Nikolaj Larsen (the guy creating the video on the back of the postcard), I’d be very greatful ^_^.

While I’m on the subject, please everyone visit this site from time to time, as it’s the one Dave () and I are designing. Should be great for our CVs and we even get paid a little ^_^.

I will collect together all the pictures that I can find, but there is no guarantee any of them will be good…

I agree with Steph, you should write more frequently! The novelty of the whole live journal thing seems to be wearing off a little for everyone.

And philosophical stuff is good too – my brain needs to be forced to work from time to time! :D
