Medway Youth Parliament

I went along to the Regeneration group meeting for this today with Keiron. It was quite interesting, if somewhat difficult to follow and understand at times, but I now have a better idea of what MYP actually do, and have filled in the form for registration and such. So I guess I’m a fully-fledged member now ^_^.

I’ll be keeping a lookout for the Environmental, Website and possibly Regeneration group meetings methinks. Apparently I’m also going on the residential thing in early December and have to return the form for the halloween gathering next friday. I certainly did all that on a whim ^_^; – I had only considered joining, and thinking about exactly how muh time it would take up…

Ah well, perhaps it’ll prove useful in some respects…

^_^ Yea, I was told a little about the past residentials. Something about a murder mystery being brought back this year as well…

Should be interesting then. I’ve still gotta get this form back for the halloween night at Fort Amherst yet…

    HURRAH!
I shall see you at the meeting and the residential then- just be prepared to sleep in a big, mixed group on the floor in one room with a lot of people you don’t know. Oh, and to use the matresses as trampolines.

And this is before we do anything like the swimming or Jacob’s Ladder or the rope’s course…
